This website, and our client websites and virtual conference platforms (if the client chooses to add accessibility features) utilizes Accessibe tools. Their various technologies are meant to make these websites as accessible as possible at all times. The accessibility interface allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the websites UI and design it to their personal needs.

X-CD uses cookies that are strictly necessary for running its website. We do not use cookies to collect analytics or to track visitor movements through our website. Should a visitor choose to provide X-CD with their contact details in a contact form or request for quote form their personal information will be stored for X-CD’s use only.  We will respond to your request by email and may add your name to our contact list.  Any automated emails sent to you from the contact list will contain an unsubscribe links as required by law which will allow you to unsubscribe at any time.

For Our Clients

All data collected by our clients through our servers including, personal identifiable information but not limited to, submitter names, email addresses, abstracts, proposals, Word documents, PowerPoints, PDFs, zip files, videos, images, registration detail, CE/CME data, membership profiles, all form information or any other files or information (‘Data’) is confidential in nature.  All such Data is the sole property of each client and X-CD claims no interest or title to such Data.  X-CD will therefore not sell, rent, or provide any client Data to any third-party services. X-CD agrees that it will (a) keep all Data in strict confidence; (b) not disclose Data to any third parties or to any of its employees not having a legitimate need to possess such Data and all such employees will be bound to a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement with X-CD; and (c) will not use any Data for a purpose other than its intended purpose. 

X-CD Obligations with Respect to Protection of Data

X-CD will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all Data against any breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure (a “Data Breach”).  Such measures shall be consistent with industry standards.
In addition, X-CD will create daily backups of the database (6 times per day) and daily backups of the entire server.  All backups will be held off-site.  Additionally, X-CD will provide regular server maintenance and software upgrades in order to minimize service interruptions and downtimes.
Furthermore, X-CD will at all times maintain a cyber insurance policy to cover potential claims (up to a maximum dollar amount which will change from time to time).
